Shipping

  1. What are the shipping options from NuOrganic.com?

At NuOrganic, we offer free shipping within the United States on all orders. If you’re ordering outside of the US, your order will be shipped via USPS. The price of your shipping will be calculated at checkout. NuOrganic products are available worldwide.

  1. Why have I not had a dispatch email yet?

When you place an order on NuOrganic.com, you’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is successfully made. If you don’t see this email, check your spam or junk folder! We aim to ship our products as soon as possible, but there may be delays during busy times and public holidays.

  1. When can I expect my order to arrive?

Once you receive your shipment notification email, you’ll also receive an estimated delivery date. We are no longer in control of your delivery once it leaves our dispatch centre and are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service.

  1. Help! I haven’t received my package

Sometimes, things happen. If you haven’t received your parcel within the estimated delivery window, get in touch with us directly by email. Our team will get in touch with the delivery company to see what we can do to locate your order. If you’re ordering internationally, your package may be delayed at custom.

Our goal is to create products that you love just as much as we do. If you haven’t fallen in love with our products, we offer a 100% money back guarantee if you find an issue with our product. We kindly request that you send photos of any product defects to our customer service team so that we can investigate your issue.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a full refund or website credit. We regret that we cannot cover the cost of return shipping. Gift cards are excluded from our returns policy and sale items cannot be refunded. You will need to provide proof of purchase to return your item.

Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of shipping services, it can take 7-21 business days (depending on your location!) for us to receive your return. As soon as it arrives, our team will inspect the item and process your refund. Your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment used to make your purchase.

After we verify your return, it typically takes around 7 business days for you to receive your refund. This timeframe primarily depends on your payment method or bank. Some payment providers may enable you to get your refund within a few hours, while others may take 7-10 business days.

  1. Can I exchange a NuOrganic product?

Exchanges are only available on products that are defective or arrive damaged. In this scenario, your product can be exchanged for a like-for-like product. You can request an exchange by emailing us at support@nuorganic.com. If the product was marked as a gift at checkout, you will receive a gift card for the value of the product once it is returned.

  1. Where do I send my product return/exchange?

All returns should be sent to 30 N. Gould St. Ste 2620, Sheridan, WY 82801. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer, with shipping costs being non-refundable. We recommend purchasing tracked shipping if your return is valued over $75 in the event that your order goes missing.
