60 Day Skin Guarantee

At NuOrganic, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our skincare products. That's why we offer a 60 Day Skin Guarantee. We want to join you on your skincare journey! If you use our products consistently for 60 days and are not completely satisfied with the results, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees).

To initiate a refund request under our 60 Day Skin Guarantee, please follow these steps:

  1. Use the product(s) consistently for 60 days as directed on the product packaging. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact our customer service team at support@nuorganic.com within 70 days of the date of purchase to request a refund. Please include your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
  2. Please provide a before and after image to view.
  3. Please provide dated proof from the camera roll. You will need to require general proof of consistent use of the specified product. Our professional skincare consultants will then assess and process your application within 3-5 business days. 
  4. Upon approval, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days.

It is very important that you use the product correctly as instructed. Please refer to the product packaging or FAQ section of each product for specific instructions. 


Please note that our 60 Day Skin Guarantee only applies to the first purchase.


We want to make sure that our customers who join our nuoFamily have every opportunity to achieve the best possible results for their skin. That's why, in addition to a refund, we'll provide you with a 50% off code that you can use to purchase any other NuOrganic products. We'll also offer recommendations for specific products in our line that may be better suited to your skin type or concerns.


Unused Products Refund Option

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days of receiving your order, you may return any unused products for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees). If the product has been used, please refer to our 60 Day Skin Guarantee Refund policy. 

To initiate a refund request for unused products, please follow these steps:


  1. Contact our customer service team at support@nuorganic.com within 7 days of the date of purchase to request a refund. Please include your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the unused product(s).
  3. Ship the unused product(s) to:

Once we receive the returned product(s), we will inspect it to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging. If the returned product(s) meet these requirements, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days.

 

Allergic Effect Refund Option

We believe in offering the highest quality ingredients for our skin care products. However, if you do have an allergic reaction, we understand that everyone's skin reacts differently. While our products are backed by science and clinical research we recommend review the ingredients in our products and seek guidance from a medical professional. If an allergic reaction occurs, please our customer service team at support@nuorganic.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund. If you do not provide an update within 7 days of receiving your product then we cannot provide your requested refund. 


Please provide an image to view your reaction. We will first consult you to find the best products for your skin. We will then provide you with an option for a free new product of similar value that will react with your skin better. Shipping to send this item to you is not covered. 


If you do not select any new products, we will provide you with your requested refund. 


Damaged or Broken Products Refund Option

If your product(s) arrive damaged or broken, please contact our customer service team at support@nuorganic.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a refund or replacement. Please include your order number and a video of the damaged or broken product(s).


We will investigate the issue and provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged or broken product(s) if necessary. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase or send a replacement product at no additional cost to you, depending on your preference.

 

Lost or Missing Packages Option

If your product(s) do not arrive, please contact our customer service team at support@nuorganic.com. We will go through the following process to locate your package: 

 

  1. Contact the shipping company directly to inquire about the location of the package as identified by the tracking number. We ask that the customer also contact the shipping company if the package may be at the nearest shipping facility to the customer. 
  2. We will keep this inquiry open for 7 days. If the package has still not arrived, we will then do a one time reshipment of your order or provide a refund for the product. 

 

Our policy only covers the second reshipment if the package is missing. If the package is missing a third time, we will cancel the order and issue a refund accordingly . The customer must confirm their address prior to the second shipment. 

 

If the package is misplaced due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, then the customer will be obligated to pay for the reshipment costs.

 

International Orders

For orders placed outside of the United States, we currently do not cover the cost of any import or custom fees associated with the country that it is being sent to. Please confirm with your country customs if a fee is to be expected prior to ordering. If not, this may cause delays in your order.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product(s).
  • This refund policy applies only to purchases made on the NuOrganic website. If you purchased our products from a retail store or other third-party seller, please contact them directly for their refund policy.
  • This refund policy applies only to purchases made by individual consumers. 
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the unused product(s).
  • This refund policy does not apply to any misplaced or lost packages with a tracking number provided. If a package is misplaced, our team will work with customers and shipping company to resolve the issue and file a missing package. 
  • Refunds are not provided for the cost of shipping only the cost of the products.
